Serious full day hike (9 hours) with 1,240m climb and 1,800m descent: Sulwald (high above the Lauterbrunnen Valley) - Suls - Lobhörner - Schwalmere - Glütschnessli - Spirigegrund - Kiental. We stayed in Kiental overnight and wanted to continue across the Gehrihorn to the Kandertal but the weather deteriorated such that this was not possible
